Welcome to the green heart of Umbria! This cozy apartment (ground floor) is part of a beautifully restored 12th-century building. Enjoy the surroundings from your private terrace or take a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool. This place is ideal for a family vacation. Grocery shops and bakery are all within walking distance; only 200 meters away! The holiday home is located between the two main attractions of this province: Perugia (13 km) and lake Trasimeno (20 km). Both are must-visit! Perugia is a lively student town where you can spend many hours in cafés and shopping streets. Lake Trasimeno offers many possibilities. A visit to the religious town Assisi (30 km) to see a big colonnade and the famous St. Francis basilica, beautifully restored after the 1997 earthquake is a must. Hit a ball on the tennis court. The amenities of this holiday home will ensure a really fun vacation, both inside and outdoors! Close the day with a barbecue meal in the well-furnished garden.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt im Rocca de Mantignana. Oktober, also ist es ein ruhiger Ort und die Wohnung war schön. Aufgrund des Wetters im Oktober war das Schwimmbad bereits geschlossen. Es gibt in der Umgebung mehrere touristische Highlights

Ein schöner Ort in Umbrien. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach eingerichtet. Es bietet keinen Luxus, sondern grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten. Die Dusche ist vorhanden, aber der Wasserdruck ist enttäuschend. Leider hat uns die Klimaanlage im Stich gelassen, aber die dicken Wände hielten die Wohnung kühl. Aber auch der Preis ist so. Auch im Schwimmbad lässt es sich gut entspannen. Empfehlung: Essen Sie im Dorf im Umbria DOC Ristorante. Leckeres Essen. Darüber hinaus ist Perugia nur 20 Autominuten entfernt. Kurz gesagt, für diesen Preis eine ausgezeichnete und charmante Lage als Basis.
