"Rooms are overall nice, just a little scuffed in places but not bad. Food in the restaurant is excellent. Get the tuna tostadas!
Having the snorkeling area right there is great. Would recommend bringing your own gear, though - the dive shop nearby has old equipment that's in bad shape and overcharges you for it. Not the hotel's fault, but wanted to mention so others are aware. "

"This hotel is unique. You are tucked away in the quietness. I stayed in the villa labeled Turtle. The bathroom with jetted tub was such a vibe. Beautiful and quiet. "

"The resort is an excellent vacation experience! Fernanda, the manager, was so professional. The staff members were so friendly and helpful! The place is so clean. The one thing I didn’t like was the snack food bar by the pool and the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant and the buffet were soooo magnifique though. This resort went way above our expectations. Aldo, the pushy share time sales rep, was really cool overall. Pedro set us up with a great tour to Talum, Cobá, and Cenote! Finally...

"Super nice staff and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Lots of choices of activities through the day and the food was great too. Would be a perfect place for families with kids as they have a big playground, a giant shallow pool with slides just for children and a kids' club."
