"Nice small casita, great for solo travel or couples. Entrance a little tricky to find at first, but if you just drive around the property, eventually you will see the entrance to the driveway. It’s pretty easy to back your smaller vehicle under the carport. Hot water was good. AC was excellent. The view from roofdeck is great. Small backyard patio was nice too at night and evenings. Bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this property. "

shuttle- since the hotels has to be booked at least 48 hrs prior and is also more expensive. -concierge pre-reserved the special restaurants steakhouse, Italian and Japanese. There is also seafood restaurant. Change the reservations if u want to. The Japanese restaurant is an experience. The food in the Italian exceeded expectations. - room has sliding bathroom doors which cant be locked. - book is in the room with all activities listed. We were also given a...

Relax by the resort pool surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and a thatched-roof structure.

"The plumbing on the property was terrible. We were told not to put toliet tissue in toliet because it would get clogged. The mattress was soiled with some nasty unknown substance. The staff was nice and very helpful with information about activities to do in Cancun. No phones in the rooms for the guests to use. The bed didn't have fitted sheets put on the mattresses just regular sheets and no spreads to keep you warm. The breakfast wasn't real breakfast just cereal, milk and orange juice."

"Loved the resort. Beautiful hotel, great food, daily themed cocktail cart! There was no rush for pool chairs so no stress there. The room was lovely and clean with daily housekeeping and water bottle replacements. Entertainment and theatre area was lovely (a little bit warm!). The three pools (one activity pool, one party/bar pool, and one quiet pool) were great. However, one complaint was that the quiet pool was so hot, it didn’t offer a reprieve from the heat. All said, we will be staying there again next year! Definitely recommend. 5 Stars. "
