Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Stranded without accommodation - Host did not send check-in info!! Do NOT book here.

We booked and paid for a one night stop over as we were travelling back to the USA the following day. Up until 2 hours before check-in we had still not received check-in instructions from the host? We were left stranded in Crawley, sitting in a Cafe, with tons of luggage, frantically trying to contact the host and thereafter VRBO customer service. We ended up having to find alternate accommodation at the very last minute. This host / property should be removed from the VRBO website!!
