"Lovely place and centrally located in kenilworth. Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful. All staff were lovely and very polite. Only thing that lets it down is parking. There are enough parking spaces but they are quite tight.Try avoid parking under trees at night as birds roost and can make an awful mess of your car. "

"The room was very dirty - not just tired looking, as for this price my expectations were quite low but I wasn’t expecting it to be quite so dirty - walls in bathroom were splattered with god knows what, skirting boards caked in what looked like years old dust, hair in the shower, sheets were marked and stained. The room we had was made with what felt like paper thin walls and ceiling - we heard everything that was going on upstairs and across the hall. Would not stay here again unfortunately. "
