"The room was clean and well decorated. There was no air conditioning but there was a radiator with adjustable valve which was great for the evening when the temperature dropped. We attended a Soul and Motown event in Rick's Bar. The 3 course meal was nice, but we were a bit disappointed with rhe music as it wasn't what we expected. The breakfast on the following morning was excellent and the staff were very attentive. "

"Stayed in the hotel after dropping our son off at the university. In that respect a very convenient location. The room was pleasant with a view out on a grassy area. Everything was clean and tidy. The restaurant has a very cafeteria feel with matching noise levels. So we ate a very pleasant light meal in the bar area. The food was reasonably priced and delicious, but quite large for a light snack. Slept well in a comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Again the noisy room had us slipping away to a quiet spot in the bar area. We will definitely stay again."

"Albert on reception was extremely helpful, not just checking me in, but helping get into my room as I couldn't get my key to work not once but on two different occasions, he also sourced a hair dryer for me, which I expected to be in the room considering it was an executive room. The staff were welcoming in the restaurant at dinner and at breakfast"

"Were a couple who stayed for one night to attend a concert at Warwick Castle. David was friendly and welcoming on arrival and showed us to Room 4. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and welcoming with good ensuite. The attention to detail was fabulous, fan, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee maker, kettle, various hot beverage options and breakfast was delivered to your door at a time convenient to us. We would 100% book to stay here again - What a find and would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here - 5 Stars Feather Bed Cottage."
