"Most impressed by: The Staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding. The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered. Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. "

"The hotel is dirty and needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard, the fire safety is a major concern. I was woken at 00:30hrs by someone banging on my door. And at 04:30 hrs I was woken again by someone knocking on a door in the corridor as the hotel seems to filled with foreign workers who first language is not english. "

"We had a peaceful and comfortable 2 nights at Gardener's Cottage. The accommodation was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. A bright and relaxing space equipped with everything we needed - plus a warm welcome from the owner who explained we were the very first guests! The only downside was we were expecting 2 bedrooms as per the VRBO summary, but the sofa bed in the living room was perfectly adequate for our small family. Thank you for a lovely stay! "
