Loved the location, great guest house, helpful staff, room furniture a bit scruffy and dated but clean. We did need to clean the windows ourselves to appreciate the fab views but it was worth it. Bed was a small double Considering it’s a pet friendly place you would have never know that it was clean and smelt fresh. We would stay again

The promised sea view was only possible by squashing my face against the window and looking over the street. The previous guests had left peanut m&m's on the floor which the cleaning staff had missed, along with the black mould in the shower, the complimentary toiletries consisted of a small bar of soap, and shower gel that smelt like old cigars, the toilet door was a sliding door that offered next to no privacy as it didn't close properly. The room was on the small side along with the double bed. I paid £138 for the privilege of staying in this room, the hotel itself was very pokey, I would not let a dog stay in this hotel, try the Cliftonville hotel next door, we stayed there the following night and it was superb.

clean comfortable reasonably priced
No fuss clean and comfortable reasonably priced base to explore Cromer and wider North Norfolk.
