"All of the staff, from reception and in the bar and breakfast are excellent as are the rooms and hotel but the food at night is 1star, I've stayed a couple of times and numerous items on the menu are not available and when served the quality of food is really poor and expensive. Breakfasts are very good and lots of fresh food available. A real shame about the evening food. A good reason to eat out."

Room cost was around £190 for a double. Paaid on arrival. Check-in was swift - no queue. Room was fine - a double. We didn't eat at the Runway restaurant but we did use the lobby bar again. "It is really comfortable in the room, and smells nice in reception entrance, but being a wheelchair user I had to go through the back and up a slight slope to get into reception. The ramp to then get down is really small so my chair didn’t quite fit, the lifts are also really small. The chair just fitted in and my partner had to leave the bags on top of me so he fitted in too. Apart from that it’s really good. "
