"Perfect hotel. Great location within walking distance from many tourist attractions. Love being able to walk out and just have plenty to do within walking distance. The hotel itsself was great! The room "suite" was great. The customer service was exceptional. We love to travel and enjoyed being able to come back to the hotel at any time and have some food or drinks. The breakfast was really good (we had chilaquiles divorciados and huevos rancheros). Definitely recommend this hotel for someone...

"The hotel is well located. We had a comfortable stay, except there was no air-conditioning. Javier, the concierge spoke reasonable English, and was very accomodating in all regards. "It is a gorgeous hotel and a great location if you want to be in the heart of the Historic District. The property, rooms and restuarent are all stunning. I had a small issue with the AC in my room and the hotel responded promptly. I travel allot and understand that sometimes things go wrong or break. Its the way the hotel responds that matters to me. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it"
