"Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. "Everything was perfect! I have no complaints! The condo was set up nicely, it was so clean and I had everything I needed to cook! The balcony was so pretty and it was screened it. I spent so much time out there and I loved it! The pool was so nice and beautiful! My daughter made some friends down there and they have a nice bar and some daily activities. The check in process was so easy and they bought me anything I asked for in a timely manner! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend. :)"

We had some issues with the A/C not staying at the temperature set and showers with warm not hot water on some days. Sheets are a bit scratchy too.
