The room advertised was not what I was given. The air conditioning would not allow me to lower it below 83 degrees, and there were cockroaches (I took pictures and videos). When I went to the front desk they said ā€œsir itā€™s Florida, the AC doesnā€™t always works and sometimes thereā€™s cockroaches. Well I live in Florida, and I promise you neither of those apply to my house.

I like they had multiple pools but the rooms need to be updated .. very old and small 42 inch t.v . The bath rooms arenā€™t suitable.

Property is decent for the price. I was disappointed because I only choose this Property because we wanted a jetted tub in our room. Unfortunately the room they gave us did not have a jetted tub. It had a soaker tub and it was nicbut it wasn't what i wanted or what was advertised. For that i will not return

Itā€™s always a pleasure of staying here, but I was wondering was that the deluxe two bedroom suite that I had because last time I stayed here and feel like the other room was a little bit more bigger and I had a stereo system that was in the room as well the hook up to the speakers Thatā€™s in the room. Also, the shower conditioner push button broke on me as I was using it. But everything else was a pleasant stay until we had some noisy neighbors.

Only issue is they need to cover the connecting doors with 1 bedroom villas and so forth. Each side can hear each other way to easy and causes issues for everyone. Unfortunately it rains often in Orlando and pools close ALL THE TIME! So annoying. I understand, but I wish they had an indoor pool. Otherwise, staff and place was great!

The only thing I did not like it they were not equipped with handicap. They had a rollaway lift chair, but it wasnā€™t very safe. Then the hot tub was very dirty, full of bugs and around the pool. Also look like it wasnā€™t taking care of every day. Bend the rails that you go into the pool it was very slippery. Itā€™s unsafe for anybody or children. It look like somebody put sunscreen on and then thatā€™s when they did the real slippery.
