When we arrived, there were IKEA bags containing previous guests' dirty towels left in the hallway, which should have been removed before our arrival. "We had a wonderful stay at the Ixora Hotel and Spa Our room was ginormous so moving around in my electric wheelchair was so easy as was going into the bathroom which was fully fitted and adapted for an amputee. The one disappointment in the bedroom was the minimal amount of wardrobe facilities and no particular place for cases. The lack of soft furnishings or even hard chairs in the lounge area was so severe that we were required to retire to our bedroom."
