"This is a lovely place to stay. We were well looked after, my gluten free dietary needs were catered for and the staff were very accommodating. The house is old so we expected that the rooms might be ‘quirky’ but we had a dangerous fault with our shower that could have resulted in serious scalding incident. We have informed the managers so they can deal with it. Dinner was 5* as you’d expect in a place with a chef of this calibre - wine and port also excellent. Pricey, but not excessive....

"Great family owned hotel. Commanding position at the very top of Mostyn Street. Five mins walk to either the pier or the tramstop for the Great Orme. Food and service all high quality. A real gem of a hotel. "

"Room nicely fitted out, unfortunately to the rear of the hotel so had a poor outlook, however being also at the top floor it was very peaceful, breakfast was excellent as was afternoon snacks, 9 out of 10 overall "

"Second stay , very nice hotel. Little dated with some wear showing in rooms . Hotel lost its boiler one of the nights , so a bracing cold shower was not the best start to the day . These things happen though , creature comforts all covered . "
