Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.

Appartment was clean, management were fantastic allowing early access to drop bags and made the whole thing easy and stress free. Venue is fantastic, as described. Clean, good space, comfy beds and brilliant shower Central location has pro and cons.. because it’s central the noise can be loud but earplugs fixed that problem. We were over for the football and will definitely stay again.

We did not stay for our full stay as was very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures on the website do not match what the hotel is like. Wallpaper hanging off the wall, skylight that doesn't close properly, handrail falling off the wall, and no towels in my room. The lady did help us with our cases upon checking in which was nice as there was alot of stairs, the ones winding up to the attic were very steep, which when the handrail is loose is dangerous. There are no staff around at all the majority of the time, check in was the only time we saw anyone. Bed was very squeaky and not very comfortable. The whole place needs a revamp. The smell of weed was lingering throughout the hallways too. The room was fairly clean but could have been better, stairways in desperate need of a vaccuum. We were offered the family room for one night but having booked 2 single rooms for health reasons, this would not have worked. Would not recommend or return.
