"This is a lovely place to stay. We were well looked after, my gluten free dietary needs were catered for and the staff were very accommodating. The house is old so we expected that the rooms might be ‘quirky’ but we had a dangerous fault with our shower that could have resulted in serious scalding incident. We have informed the managers so they can deal with it. Dinner was 5* as you’d expect in a place with a chef of this calibre - wine and port also excellent. Pricey, but not excessive....

"What a diamond we’ve found. Beautifully situated and good parking. Spotless clean throughout the period property with a sense of luxury. Extremely comfortable stay which I was made even more special by the young lady at reception who booked us in early and served us at breakfast. We are dairy and gluten free by allergy which can be challenging to find suitable restaurants however the hotel catered for us and probably one of the breakfasts we’re had in a long time. "Great family owned hotel. Commanding position at the very top of Mostyn Street. Five mins walk to either the pier or the tramstop for the Great Orme. Food and service all high quality. A real gem of a hotel. "

"Second stay , very nice hotel. Little dated with some wear showing in rooms . Hotel lost its boiler one of the nights , so a bracing cold shower was not the best start to the day . These things happen though , creature comforts all covered . "
