"We enjoyed our one night stay here. The hotel is situated in a quiet location and benefits from a spacious free car park. Our room was very clean with a large comfy bed and decent bathroom, and a good sized smart TV. Breakfast was delicious. Would happily stay here again."

Waterloo Hotel Lodge

Waterloo Hotel Lodge

10/10 Excellent
"We had a great 6-night stay at the Waterloo. The room was nice and clean, with a large window overlooking the greenery that could be opened wide for fresh air. The beds were comfortable, and we really liked the breakfast, especially the items made to order. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was a very good location for exploring Snowdonia, and it was nice to come back to a quiet and comfortable hotel after a day out. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again."

Celtic Royal Hotel & Spa

Celtic Royal Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good
"We were surprised to find that guests have to pay an additional fee for parking. The building is quite old, so the ventilation wasn’t great and the room felt quite stuffy. Even though it was already the end of August, the room still felt quite warm and poorly ventilated. At night, there was also quite a lot of noise coming from the hotel kitchen downstairs, which was quite disturbing. Apart from these points, the staff were all very nice and friendly."
