"This is definitely a unique property right in the center of town. It is quaint and nicely renovated. The light comes in the windows early; no curtains in our dormer windows. The shower is tiny as is the sink. But the staff is wonderful."
"Booked it same day, the room was on the 4th floor and as it was during the heatwave, was a bit warm, they did provide us with couple of fans that helped. It was a lovely room with a sofa, TV and vanity table. A nice view of trees and sunset. It was clean everywhere. "
"This hotel was really easy to get to and only a 15 minute walk to the train station that can take you straight into Cardiff. All the staff were welcoming and lovely and the room was clean and the bed was comfy. "

Llanhilleth Miners Cottage, great for touring South Wales and Dog Friendly
10/10 Excellent
"What a fantastic discovery! The cottage was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The lovely front patio provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views while watching the sunset. We had no issues parking the car outside the property, and the communication with the owner, Meryl, was excellent. We would definitely love to return!"
"Lovely little house, great for travelling around the local area. Clean and well equipped with all the items we needed. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and right next to the old ironworks. Double bed very comfortable, single beds not so comfortable and our daughter had to sleep in between two duvets to get comfortable, but was then too warm. "
Stunning 5 bedroom family home with unrivalled views
10/10 Excellent
"7 adults and 2 kids stayed for three nights. We all had a wonderful time. Hosts were brilliant, the house had everything we could possibly want and more i.e. lots of toys for the kids, large patio, outside space, comfortable seating. Highly recommended."
"Lovely over night stay enroute to Porthcawl for the Golf. Smart hotel in good location. Breakfast available but with Greggs & McDonald’s next door had a few options.
No air conditioning- so it it was a hot night not sure how the room would feel as if you opened window it was noisy from road but the room had a fan. Nice place to stopover or stay longer if exploring the area. "
