I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up ...

Haian Riverfront Hotel Da Nang
This is a great location that is right next to the river. The staff here are all wonderful. The room is nice and very clean and the breakfast very good. It's also quite close to the dragon bridge so you can catch the fire and water show if you stay during the weekends.
