"Staff were very friendly. Nice little common area with complimentary tea and coffee. Convenient location. Unfortunately the soundproofing is pretty bad, we could hear everything going on outside the room. WiFi doesn't work in the room that we were staying in, had to go outside for it to work which is a shame."

"pros: clean and nice room albeit small, very comfortable bed, lovely staff who let us check in an hour early, good central location for getting around the city cons: noise was biggest issue - there is zero noise cancelling between rooms and other areas at all; we had a group of extremely loud and talkative people next to us on the first night and they did not quieten down until 1am. this is obviously not the fault of the hotel moreso the construction of the building, but it did take away from...

"A great place to stay when visiting Madrid. Central location with facilities nearby. The studios themselves have been thoughtfully designed and well executed. You really feel that you stay longer in comfort here. Would highly recommend them (although I want to keep them a secret for myself when visiting lol)"
