Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The size of the room was great for the price compared to other accommodations in the city. We enjoyed having the kitchen space to store snacks and make tea. We were disappointed to not have full washer and dryer in the unit as expected. The laundry room was only available during the times we were out exploring the city. There was some staining on the sofa we assumed/ hoped just from wet garments or bags being placed on the light colored upholstery. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and classic. Loved everything except for having to lug heavy bags down the stairs. A staff member was kind enough to carry up for us when we arrived, but no one answered the phone when we called early in the AM for help to carry bags down. The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was wonderful and the decor/ambiance was magical. Loved it!

"This hotel was not for me. The room lack standard things for me to enjoy my stay. There's no refrigerator but a cooling box which was nothing but a cooler. So the food and drink I put in there didn't stay cold. The cooling box ended up smelling. The room didn't have a chair, couch or a table. So ..."
