Very quiet and peaceful. Enormous grass lawn outside patio. Grassy park 2 minute walk from door.
10 minute drive to Dana Point Harbor and Baby Beach.
15 minute drive to San Clemente Pier.
Shopping and fabulous restaurants galore within 10-15 munutes.
House had a 2 person kayak with oars and jackets (you will need appropriate vehicle to transport).
House is furnished and supplied with linens, towels, coffee makers, microwave, dishes, glassware, cleaning agents ( everything you will need for comfort).
Pool, jacuzzi and tennis court on premises.
Kick back, enjoy life as it should be.
