If you walk up the stairs of the new dike behind your residence, you have a view of the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site "The Wadden Sea" with the first neighboring island of Vlieland within sight. With a bit of luck you can see the seals with the naked eye next to the channel on the mudflats. If you walk or cycle to the south, you will find the nature reserve “De Schorren en Utopia”. If you want to go north, you will arrive at the lighthouse via the “Haventje van Sil”, the natural monument “De Volharding” and the beach pavilion “Kaap Noord”. Your luxury villa has a spacious luxurious open kitchen. The living room with a dining table offers enough space for 6 people. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor are two more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The island of Texel offers you many cycling and hiking trails. The bicycle is the ideal means of transport for your holiday. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are a short distance from each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals in Ecomare. Don't forget to stop along the way in Den Burg and De Koog for a delicious drink or dinner on one of the many terraces. For hikers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended. And one of the most unique hiking experiences on the island has to be a guided mudflat hike.
