We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast the next morning — the buffet was genuinely impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality, delicious dishes that rival those of a 5-star hotel. What stood out most was the exceptional room service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Usama from maintenance, who kindly helped us tune the TV and brought us water. His humility and eagerness to assist were truly appreciated. "I arrived late around 1 AM, and the hotel staff kindly waited for me to complete the check-in. Edward and his wife were especially wonderful — not only did they wait for me, but they are an extremely kind couple who provide excellent service and make you feel truly welcome. I also forgot my AirPods at the hotel, and they are making arrangements to return them to the USA. Their honesty, care, and professionalism really stood out. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend this hotel."
