The condo is gorgeous inside and very recently fully remodeled with washer and dryer. You’ll love this place because of the location and the coziness. It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and small families (kids). This is a one-bedroom unit with a big fold-out couch in the living room. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and relaxing back patio that's 420 friendly (just blocks from nearest dispensary)!

No pets allowed.

The backyard is shared with my house, and occasionally, we rent that to guests. Vrbo 1119217

Graduate Student Monthly Stay
Wonderful 2 month stay with amazing accommodations for my partner and I while I was in graduate studies. The local bars, restaurants, and park life provided normalcy to our current reality. Phenomenal location if you are looking to explore by foot, car, bus or train!

Great location great price
If you want to be close to everything LoHi and Sloan's Lake have to offer, but pay a fraction of what it'd cost to stay in those neighborhoods, this is an incredible spot. The unit itself is very clean and well taken care of. Feels very cozy and homey. Check-in process is easy. No complaints at all, but like I said above, the location is the best part of all.

This was a comfortable and cozy place to stay while visiting family in Denver. We didn't have a chance to use all the amenities, like the fire pit or the BBQ grill, but these also make it a desirable place to hang out and entertain.
