Bright House Unit: Your Private Retreat!
Come enjoy your fully furnished private basement unit with private entrance, living room with full kitchen, two rooms, and bathroom made for you to have a lovely stay in our house well located 10 min drive to downtown Denver and just next to the 6th highway to the Rocky Mountains and the I-25 to either Fort Collins in the North and Colorado Spring in the South.
You will enjoy a full basement unit in our house with your shoe rack outside the main entrance. The unit includes two rooms, one used as bedroom and the other can be multipurpose (yoga, reading, relaxing, etc.). The living room includes a full kitchen with a sink, a full size fridge, a gas stove and oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a toaster; there will also be a couch with a TV stand and a 55" smart TV for you relax and enjoy Netflix, HULU, Amazon Prime. The living area will also include a working desk with a screen with HDMI cable to attach to your laptop or tablet.
Dry gulch and Lakewood gulch are literally 5 min walk from our place, perfect areas to walk, run, ride your bike to downtown, etc. Sloans lake, one of the largest lakes and parks of Denver is also 5 min drive, 10 min bike or 30 min walk from our place.
The W light train line is 25 min away by foot or 7 min away by bike, both the Sheridan station of the Knox station, and that will get you either West to Golden in 25 min or East to downtown Union station in 10 min.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We, the owners of the property, live upstairs, please be mindful of noises, quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am, no loud TV, loud phone conversations, arguments, etc.
When leaving, make sure all the lights are off, the TV is off, the windows of the bedroom and bathroom are closed and locked, and there is no any water running anywhere.
When exiting the backdoor, please close it after you and hit the lock button in the outside keypad. Also make sure the black metal gate on the side corridor is closed after you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
