Luxury Hotels in Asia

If you want a 5 star hotel experience stay here. From the moment we arrived our every need was looked after. Paula wasn’t feeling too well one morning and Benny in the dining room went out of his way getting herbal drinks for her and even sending some to our room that night. Thomas and Jeremy and the staff at the front desk made sure we knew where we were going and on our return would have drinks ready for us , much appreciated in the heat. A big thank you to all the staff.

It's really convenient, can walk to most of the local attractions, markets, Pub Street etc.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book another stay for when we return to Hanoi at the end of our trip.

Everything was amazing Breakfast Rooms Pool Staff Thank you i will be back

Family room was a decent size but sharing one bathroom Amongst four people was a bit of a hassle. Next time I would reserve two separate rooms for the same price which would have two bathrooms. The breakfast was plentiful and the food was tasty. I would not recommend getting half board as the set menu was not worth the price, especially when drinks are an extra cost and pricy being at a hotel. Outside restaurants were much more affordable and of course, have a greater selection of food.

As my first time in a 5-star resort/hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect. What I received, however, completely blew me away. We stayed for 2 weeks. The staff is super friendly and attentive, without being excessive. The breakfast had a lot of variety with daily chefs preparing in front of you rather than out of view in a kitchen, and everything was always fresh. The rooms are spacious for two, although I obviously only saw the one. I visited during the end of the low season when the weather was...

I was on a business trip and everything was great - clean, very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a late check out as I was playing golf in the morning and no problem
