"Our stay was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived until the very last moment of our visit. We traveled as a family of four—two adults, an 8-year-old girl, and an 11-year-old boy—and every detail of our experience reflected genuine care and thoughtful hospitality.A true highlight was the warm and welcoming staff.Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From the beginning, their warmth and thoughtful service made me feel truly cared for and sincerely welcomed. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression.We would especially like to thank Francisco and Adela for their exceptional kindness and support throughout our stay. Everything was handled with remarkable professionalism and ease, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time without any disruption.The beautiful surroundings and elegant atmosphere made the experience feel truly special.Our children were constantly entertained with a wonderful variety of activities, so there was never a dull moment. As parents, we had complete peace of mind knowing they were safe, happy, and enjoying themselves, allowing us to truly unwind and savor precious family time. The only area that could be improved is the pool near the Samba restaurant, which did not appear as clean or inviting as the rest of the property.Overall, we would be delighted to return and highly recommend this destination to families seeking a luxurious, safe, relaxing, and unforgettable vacation."

"This RIU was great! I loved that there was a shuttle between the other nearby RIU. However, I didn’t love that all of the restaurants weren’t open everyday and the ones that ARE open have limited space. This meant we had to eat at the buffet or the bar with a limited menu. I would also note that if you’re looking for a party resort, this is definitely not it. It’s more of a relaxed atmosphere, which is great. Other than the limited food options, we loved it"

"The hotel had great landscaping areas . Well maintained. Staff at buffet were great. However, check in staff, who helped us was rude. Didn’t have good customer service skills. Every time I asked a question, she will answer on a rude way. The room were I stayed were small. Not too much space."

"This was a very family friendly resort. The staff was very accommodating and attentive and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. We found the buffet to have excellent variety. There was something for everyone. The little poolside grills were great for lunch and snacks. The specialty restaurants are hard to get into. But we managed to do one during our stay. The beach was good and there was a lot to do if you choose to. Overall, a very positive experience."

"Such a beautiful modern hotel with manicured areas in the lobby and pool area. The restaurants had gourmet style meals but also breakfast buffet. The seafood restaurant near the beach is a must try but it requires for the guests to be dressed, no swim suits without cover ups. We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse with a private small rooftop pool (perfect for kids, not deep). Don’t forget to check out the Terrace (bar on the rooftop). It was a very relaxed vibe; not noisy."
