"I’m sorry but this hotel was disappointing.. the cleanliness was awful hairs all over the bathroom and toilet .. we were upgraded to another room thankfully but was still hairs on and in the toilet . So busy you had to do your own check in which was no big deal but waited in line to use the elevator to get to our rooms as they had elevators down . Was too expensive for what was offered."

"Room was clean. Smaller than expected. Bathroom was also very small. Construction was loud. Pool was very nice and warm. Fitness room well maintained. The construction on the patio will be lovely when done. No hot tub on site at this time. "

"All good except they hammer you to park. So get ready for $50 + tax per night self parking or $70 + tax per night valet parking. Also the breakfast buffet is nothing special. Go out to eat because you get hammered for that too. $170 for 2 adults and 2 kids, and we went to eat after we left there."

"The location is perfect for walking down to the Canadian side of the falls. Walking distance to several restaurants. Views from the Fallsview rooms amazing. Parking on site gives you in and out access which is worth paying the bit extra if you plan to use your car during your stay. The staff were all very friendly "

"Pros: Check in and out were seamless, lobby and rooms were clean, inviting, and secure. Great location, easy to find. Cons: The elevator to the parking garage was not working so finding our way up and out of the underground parking took a long time The hallways to the rooms are very narrow Door to room was not the most soundproofed and we could hear some of the louder guests in the halls Overall good value, would stay again when garage and elevator repairs are done"
