Clean room / friendly staff

Impressive. Truly impressed by this lovely property. It’s on a four seasons / peninsula level if not better. The facilities are amazing and immerse you in a cocoon you do not want to get out. Everything you touch or see is luxurious. (That chinaware they use is just so beautiful) Service is impeccable. Hskp is discreet. Fnb staff is incredibly helpful (hello young Filipino hostess !!! Thank you !) Concierge / front desk are great. Gym is great. They offer all the equipment you may need and...

Everything was perfect..thank you

A perfect stay from beginning to end. The check-in experience was excellent, and I received a room upgrade, which made for a great start to my stay. Excellent hotel - clean, friendly, safe

Very cozy and spacious apartment in a quiet area. Would highly recommend this place and the Laundromat cafe in the area which has lovely breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious and plentiful; rooms were well kept and very clean; beds were comfortable; public transport was easily accessible as hotel is really close to Orientkaj metro station and harbor bus stop.
