All the staff are also so professional, polite and kind - also especially the ladies who work in the restaurant area. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. It’s great value for money and very close, within walking distance of Al Jadaf metro station. Would absolutely recommend as it’s a fantastic hotel- great for families. "

"The front of house Staff are exceptional. After having my flight to Dubai cancelled, the Airline then managed to loose my luggage. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they communicated with the airline on my behalf and did not stop until the situation was resolved. I couldn’t be more grateful. Valentine, the Lady also from reception, was just the most wonderful human being, totally professional, with customer service enviable many hotels. "
