"Fabulous hotel. Lovely warm welcome even though my flight was cancelled/rearranged and I didn't end up landing at the hotel until midnight. I was upgraded to a family room which gave me a huge room all to myself! The thing that really blew me away was the yoga studio 😍 a beautiful fairy light lit space I made full use of and enjoyed having a play on the frames around the room too. We have offices just down the road so the location is perfect and I hope to be back one day! "

"This property was perfectly located for our trip and had everything we needed. The option for a late check out was extremely handy. The only thing that would have made things better would have been if there was an option for early check in say 1pm instead of 4pm as our flight landed at approx 11.30 so we had to use a storage facility nearby for our luggage and wait around for 4 hours. Highly recommended "

"Upon arrival we weren’t able to check in yet but Patty gave us a thorough overview of the grounds and services and allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the grounds. There is so much to do and it’s a pity we couldn’t spend more time. There’s a shuttle that goes to Santa’s village which was very convenient. "Absolutely loved everything about this place. We stayed in the igloos which were very clean and a bit like upscale glamping. So cozy and fun. It had limited eating options, but it didn't matter at all. There were so many fun activities (both free and with charge) that we were busy all day the days we stayed. "Great property with the most friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic beating the breakfast I’ve had in Italy. Great coffee, fresh juice/smoothie and honeycomb for my fresh yogurt. Property is on the ski slop with ski in and ski out. Only downside is restaurant is closed for lunch, the cafe had a few snack options but no other food restaurants near by and there is no elevator. A small handicap/luggage elevator would do wonders. Probably my best stay on my 3 week trip to Europe. "

"I unexpectedly had a 1 day layover in Helsinki and had to make arrangements last minute. If you are a woman alone traveling and need a fast and safe place to stay this is absolutely a great choice. The shuttle was on time, the hotel was clean and accommodating. My room was small as expected but clean and comfortable, perfect for one person. The restaurant was good as well and the server was a delightful man with a sense of humor. If I’m ever in this situation again I won’t hesitate to come back....

Convenient choice for an overnight layover
"Excellent hotel in very fine condition. Outstanding service at the front desk for flawless check in and check out. Very comfortable bed, very good bathroom. There was a problem using the magnetic key card to access our room from the elevator. We required assistance from the desk clerk, who immediately came to help and said that this is a known problem… The hotel itself is elegant and modern in the public areas of the lobby, very Finnish, as it should be! Unfortunately, it is located in an unattractive inner courtyard at the airport, surrounded by asphalt, concrete, glass, and steel, none of which is inviting or attractive. The walkway to reach the hotel entrance from the airport, which takes about two or three minutes, is not enclosed."
