"The open concept of the common area is wonderful. We had coffee every day on the screened balcony. Bedrooms were a good size even the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked. We got our steps in with the two staircases! We were told by some people from Louisiana that they were there to evaluate the area that their company is coming in to add 250 feet to the beach. This should help with the area washed away in front of the building. We had a wonderful time and will definitely visit this unit again. The only disappointment was the floors did not seem clean when we arrived. The cleaning crew could do a better job of that and checking the light bulbs. Also the dryer needs a good cleaning. It dries really slow. Want to give a shout out to Uptown Bar and Grill as well as Indian Pass Oyster Bar. Both are great places to eat!"

"Incredible property with the best stocked kitchen our family has ever experienced at a rental. The views from the upper covered porch of the ocean and sunsets are superb! Screened porch is nice for evening downtime and no bugs. Well decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The beach is only a few steps away, directly over the dune, and the property has an added bonus of a room full of chairs, wagon, floats etc for guest use which was a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!"
