We have stayed in the Belgrave a number of times before and have never been disappointed. The hotel is lovely, so clean and highly maintained. We stayed in the newly refurbished signature suite and oh boy have they thought of just about everything!! There is what appears a wardrobe but opens into a small kitchen with everything from a brita filter tap, Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery. We stayed for 3 nights with our dog and enjoyed it. Our room had a patio door to go out, which was great, not having to go through the hotel to take the dog out at night for toilet. It would have been nice to have a separate shower gel and shampoo as the 3 in 1 (shower gel/shampoo/conditioner) was horrible to use on hair. Food was ok.

Nice quintasential old english hotel ... but in need of beautification and retro-fit of basics like air conditioning. Hotel layout was like a maze from multiple additions over the decades. Nice location and relaxing garden for a quiet drink. We arrived over a bank holiday weekend and unfortunatel only two staff were on with the others having not turned up for work. Our stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo was fantastic. The location is ideal as it’s just in front of the Bakerloo Line, lots of buses around and just a tad away from Waterloo station. Lots of food options and very quiet and comfortable. The staff and facilities at the hotel were amazing, the room was super clean and comfortable, warm and cozy and the views were amazing. Breakfast was busy but nice and with plenty of options. We would definitely return to this hotel!
