"The property is nice and Quiet. You can hear the forest talk in the morning. And morning walks to the local village was one of my highlights of my stay. The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. "Amazing location right on the front of Lake Kawaguchi. Our room had an amazing view of the lake and was walking distance to dining options, transportation, and convenience stores. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel was a little older than other hotels I’ve stayed at during my stay in Japan but it was still clean. The rooms were spacious and even included a living area! Great for large groups traveling. Overall I highly recommend and most definitely will stay here again! "
