"Great location,friendly and helpful staff.I like that the hotel has all amenities on site. Downside.Beds were ok,not as comfortable.Sheets were also a bit of a disappointment very scratchy. Otherwise would definitely recommend,Stayed two nights."

"Staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating from the moment myself and my party stepped through the door. Check-in starts at 4, but Anna was able to make things move and helped us with obtaining our room nearly 6 hours early (I want to be clear, I totally understand if she wasn’t able to, but the fact that she tried alone was beyond me and excellent service)! Prior to our stay, we utilized the shuttle bus, and the driver was timely, friendly, and extremely helpful. We used the shuttle bus at 4 am upon our departure without any mishaps. The hotel also features a 24-hour cafe with drinks, pastries, salads, etc. and is all fairly priced and super convenient. A shared microwave is available in the lobby as well. Breakfast vouchers can be purchased (I think $15 per guest), but we did not utilize this feature. A gym is also available, but due to our limited time at the hotel this was not a feature we used. The hotel room itself was clean and spacious. The tub did drain rather slowly, but honestly it was not a deal breaker for us—the fridge in the room along with the slew of amenities (iron/ironing board, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, writing desk, adjustable AC, Dove branded shampoo/conditioner, body wash & hand soap, and numerous outlets) outweighed such a minor issue. Further, I have to highlight and applaud all staff that we interacted were not just friendly but helpful and kind. I can’t recommend this place enough and I am so beyond words of the staff’s hospitality."

"Beach chairs, umbrella, and towel were very convenient. Our room was right across from the beach . The room was clean and came with a mini fridge which is great for drinks and snacks . The room was ok and view was not the best but it worked for our long weekend stay . The pool is large but I did not like how the parking lot wrapped around the pool .. however this isn’t a big deal if you are here for the beach anyway . Overall this hotel made the beach experience very enjoyable and we will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Cape May ."

"Tuve una muy buena experiencia. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, el personal fue amable y atento, y disfruté mucho de la piscina y de las instalaciones del resort. Lo único que cambiaría sería la hora del check-out. Aunque tuvimos que salir antes de las 11:00 a. m., el hotel nos permitió guardar nuestro equipaje para seguir disfrutando del día, lo cual fue un excelente detalle. Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría."

"We travel with families that has little kids. The swimming pool matters quite a bit for us. Unbeknownst to us that the pool being shut on Saturday for a private party as there were not prior communication and we are assessed a resorts fee, we booked the hotel. It was definitely a shock as we didn't prep for the beach. Shawn, not sure if we spelled it right (apologies) handled the matter flawlessly. He understood the frustrations from the family and offered solutions that eased the situation. He literally saved the weekend for us. We will be back"
