"I did just one night and I enjoyed my stay. Anytime I visit West Sussex I’d definitely stay in Hickstead hotel. Customer service 100% nice room, neat and calm."

"Very impressed with the attitude and helpful staff at The Copthorne- it’s very difficult during COVID but Peter and Toni do their best to ensure everything available is explained fully and keep a smile on their face throughout!
All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money
