"This hotel is stunning. It sits on a lovely pond by the lake, with exquisite grounds and a gorgeous courtyard whose water feature is impressive by day or night. The lobby is enormous and austere, the spa delightful and the pool beautiful as well, though I'd recommend finding hours when it's less busy. "Our trip to Yunnan wouldn‘t have been made pefect without the stay in Banyan Tree Lijiang. The credit must go to the staff, Elin. Elin is always courteous and responsive. She has been very helpful all the time. She is also very caring and always checks with us to see if we have any need. We stayed there for a couple of nights and then went to other places of Yunnan.
