"This was a horrible place to stay during my work business trip. The room has a really bad odor that smells terrible.. there was cockroaches, The blankets and beds was dirty stains and really bad odor that comes off of it. the sink inside the rental was extremely dirty where I didn’t even feel comfortable to brush my teeth or shower. This just was a terrible experience for me and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. They false advertise it, the pictures listed look way better then when you arrive "

"Our experience at Palazzo Hotel in Orlando was extremely disappointing and honestly shocking given the rating shown on Expedia. We arrived late at night due to a series of delays outside of our control, including a flight disruption and extended wait times for transportation. This was all part of a bundled booking, and the hotel was aware we were arriving from out of town. Despite having a fully prepaid reservation, we were denied check-in shortly after midnight and told that our booking was no longer valid. No effort was made to assist us, no alternatives were offered, and no consideration was given to the fact that we were traveling with three young children. We were left stranded late at night in an unfamiliar city and forced to find last-minute accommodations at our own expense. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with such a high rating online. The level of customer service we experienced was extremely poor. Communication was difficult, questions were not clearly answered, and there was no willingness to help resolve the situation. Based on our experience, the rating of this hotel on Expedia does not reflect the reality of how they treat guests when issues arise. Travelers should be very cautious, especially if arriving later in the evening or relying on coordinated travel plans. This was one of the most stressful travel experiences we’ve had, and it could have been avoided with even a minimal level of professionalism and customer care. "
