"The room was not equipped w/ any utensils or dishes at all. The saving grace that made the stay somewhat decent were the front end people running the show. Besides that the property is in rough shape and the room had holes on the walls, cracking on the furniture, and they even left me a half used bottle of shampoo. The ice machine on the floor we stayed at did not work, let alone the ice bucket had no plastic liner available and to top it off, there was mold growing in there. This property has a lot of potential and is safe and quiet at night."

"First of all the room that was advertised was not the room that we received the room that we received was raggedy and all the furniture was old. It smelt like smoke. The sheets were stained. There was mold in the shower and in the Jacuzzi hot tub. The only thing that was decent was the pool areas. It’s a shame that you Hotels.com and this corporation has to scam poor people to take their last when they just want to have a vacation with their family and enjoy a little luxury."

"This was a great hotel, and it was pet friendly. I loved that. It was clean and the staff were very kind and professional. I had a room and not a suite, so I did not have a microwave or an iron in my room. Other than that, it was excellent. "

"Room had some damages, needs an upgrade, furniture was worn, bath needs some fixing as the bathroon caulking was peeling off. TV are super small We did not have to deal with staff much as the have self check in. We ordered towels as the room for 6 guest only had two towels in each bath. They were courteous on the phone and helpful. "
