"This is a cute little inn. The pictures don’t match up the property 100%, it’s definitely dated from the time of the photos, but still not bad! The beds were comfy , and the room was clean! The price was perfect for a little trip to Salem and close to the train station!"

"The property had a great view of the river and was nicely decorated and clean. Enjoyed the property except for the following issues:The showers: The upstairs shower basically fell apart and was not able to be used, and the downstairs shower was very difficult to use. It ran either extremely hot or mildly warm and was greatly effected if any other water was running in the house.The check-in: No door code was issued to us and upon arrival it took nearly an hour to reach someone to provide a code for our entry.The check-out: We asked for a late check out, called several times about it, texted and emailed and received no reponse from the host. Very frustrating."

"You can tell the ownership and staff really care about hospitality. Right from the greeting at check in to the check out the staff was not just friendly but welcoming and caring. The room was exceptionally clean. I usually find something just not quite right. Not here everything was better than expected. I highly recommend the Vista and hope to be back this way again and wil definately return."

"Our Family had the most amazing time. This property is incredible. The views from the sunrise to the sunset. You can walk from the deck to the Rocky beach. Its gorgeous!!! You can collect shells. My daughter-in-law actually found some awesome Seaglass it was beautiful. We love to watch the boats go by in the morning and at night. The house is very immaculate and very comfy cozy plenty of room. The beds very comphy, plenty of towels. Anything you need in the kitchen Maureen has, it’s fully equipped. We had a lot of fun. We had some family dinners , a lot of laughs, we played cards. Theres a train 5 minutes by car, it will take you to Boston to Salem etc. We turned it into an adventure. The area is soo beautiful, we went to the Hammond Castle it’s a must see. It was stunning!! You must try Lobster Land for dinner, it’s close by. We can’t wait to go back . It’s a wonderful home, you will feel at home . Amazing trip , Amazing Home and Amazing Host.. Thank you Fondly , Maria and Bill C."
