Der Vermieter war sehr nett, aber leider war die Unterkunft sehr sehr schmutzig, die Zimmer benötigen dringend eine Renovierung, sowie neues Mobiliar.

Dreckig, verwöhnt, laut, ungepflegt mit sehr schlechter Ausstattung. Wer da schlafen möchte, muss schon echt schmerzfrei sein. Dafür war es aber auch billig. In jeder Hinsicht.

Lage und Preis sind gut. Das Zimmer war enttäuschend ausgestattet. Der Boden war frisch gewischt und das bequeme Bett war frisch bezogen. Andere Dinge wie Schränke und elektrische Einrichtungen waren zum Teil nicht sauber und defekt.

For what it was, the property served its purpose. It's about a 20 minute walk from the city centre which wasn't too bad. The only real issue I had was the creeky bed I slept in. Overall an ok experience.
