The 2-room apartment is equipped with modern laminate. The apartment consists of a small entrance hall with cloakroom, a kitchen, bathroom with window, living room and bedroom.

The wall surfaces are smoothly trowelled and painted in a bright, friendly color. The rooms have large windows for plenty of natural light.

The living room has modern furniture, a comfortable corner couch (fold-out) as well as dining table and flat screen TV.

The apartment is located in Dresden Laubegast. Laubegast is located in the southeast of Dresden on the left side to the Elbe. Especially beautiful in this part of the city is the loose and greened construction as well as the proximity to the Elbe. The Elbe meadows and the Elbe Cycle Paths invite for recreation and can be reached on foot within a few minutes. Public transport, shops such as food markets, pharmacies, but also restaurants are nearby. The city center of Dresden is 10 - 15 minutes away by car or public transport. Overall, this apartment is located in a very family friendly location.

Directly opposite is a bakery where you can take daily from 6 o'clock daily a delicious and varied breakfast.
