There was no airport shuttle service…I was told to download the uber app! There wasn’t any food available when I arrived at 7pm as I was told there wasn’t a restaurant so I had to go to the local Tesco. So I’m not sure how breakfast could be served and I left too early to find out. The room was inexpensive and served a purpose for my travel to the airport.

Not very clean, sink blocked on arrival but was fixed fairly quickly by reception. Did not like separate toilet with sink outside and separate shower room setup. On last day, someone walked into room without knocking.

Staff were friendly and helpful, dinner delicious, and gluten free porridge available at breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean although dated. The bathroom was exceptionally cold sadly. Otherwise a pleasant stay in lovely grounds and a beautiful historic building.
