"The entire staff was as every bit as wonderful as the sea views from my cozy room. I missed Pier 36 the moment I left, and I look forward to my next stay there!"
"It's an amazing place to stay. We loved it! The host is very nice, food was simple but tasty, beautiful views. Would definitely stay at Paul Arthur's again."
"We were over for the 12th celebrations. The property was in a great location, the host responded very quickly to any queries, the property was very clean, homely and had everything we needed, the bed had the comfiest pillows I’ve ever came across and the host had left us milk etc for a cuppa on arrival, beautiful interior and all that was needed for our stay. "This is a charming hotel that goes above and beyond. They think of all of the amenities from robes and slippers and candles and matches. We had high tea in the restaurant, which was just ok, they didn’t give us a selection of tea and the portion sizes were much too large. "
"Friendly staff , good onsite restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Hotel in a great location 10 mins from city centre . Would recommend it to anyone .Very pleased with our stay . "
"An amazing place. From the staff, to the rooms, to the pub and restaurant. Everything was exacuted flawlessly. I can not recommend this more highly. "
"A great place to stay. there is no elevator. If you have mobility issues it could be a problem. The beds are 54”. Could be bigger There is a wonderful living room/parlour and hosts are most welcoming and informative. They did laundry for us at a reasonable cost. It was easy to walk to great pubs and restaurants. Parking on site was excellent. We highly recommend this place "
