Excellent stay! We were checked into room 1404 for 6 nights starting the 18th of November. I wanted my mother to visit Dubai and went hunting for a good hotel. Grosvenor House did not disappoint. Service was amazing, delivering fresh fruit, water and chocolates every day while housekeeping was spot on, cleaning our room even in evenings if we didn’t want to be disturbed during mornings. We rented a car and the complimentary valet parking saved us so much time as this is a busy hotel...

Good overall experience. Property is in good condition. Everything looks new so no complains.Breakfast is expensive so we didnt opt for one.

The service by the team at the front desk and especially Robina and the GM was EXCEPTIONAL. They cared and it's the reason I have recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We loved our stay, everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and new. Breakfast was delicious. If you want a hotel with a pool, keep in mind that the pool here is small. But you can walk to JBR beach which is 10 min away. Marina Mall is right next to the hotel, there are many cafes, restaurants and carrefour.

We've been wanting to go to Dar Al Masyaf for years. So with the wife's birthday and the great staycation offer, we couldn't pass the opportunity up. It was overall, a great experience. Staff were superb and attentive even if they appear to be understaffed because of the current Covid restrictions. F&B was just okay but I believe this was because of the restrictions too, since several outlets are closed. But Souk Madinat is just next door and the central location means its easy to go elsewhere...

Large rooms with very well trained staff all over the hotels.

This hotel is a must.so clean staff can’t do enough to help you .everything is layer on for you weather you want to stay in hotel or see the sights the staff are on hand to help in any way they can .they have all the knowledge and facts about all the attractions.and are not out to rip you off like in other hotels.all mod cons fron ordering food and drink from your sun bed by app to hitting button letting them know you in resting or you want room cleaned,hat off to the owners they have it all...

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The check-in was efficient and friendly, and we will received an upgrade to a stunning room with a view over the sea and palm. The hotel is energetic with lots going on. It’s great for kids, we did the water park and post chambers, which were great fun. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with pastries a particular highlight. We ate in Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street, and although the food as just ok, the service was brilliant and they had a great musician and a little play...

the whole vibe of the hotel is unique, very laidback and friendly with all the comfort and right amount of attention from the staff you expect in a hotel room is excellent - great design, comfy bed, glass bottled water provided, not plastic! food is excellent - in both variety and quality service is excellent - so welcoming and you feel like your stay is top priority the only thing I regret is not staying there longer
