Check out is at 11:00am. This gives us enough time to make the property look beautiful for our next guests. If you don’t check out at this time, we will have to charge you a $150 late fee.

• Make sure all external doors leading to the balcony are closed. • Check each room to make sure you haven’t left any of your belongings behind.
