"Dear Hotel Team, I would like to share my experience during my stay. First, the self check-in machine was not working. It was not only me — three other people also could not check in. The next day we asked the staff why it was not working, and they said that the machine often has these problems. Because of this, I had to wait outside the entrance for two hours. "Excellent communication from the owner, very flexible too. Lovely large house with all you need for a lovely stay. Enormous bed in main bedroom and coupled with window shutters which blocked out the light, we had a really good night's sleep. Would love to stay again when visiting Borbeck. "
