"Quite quirky rooms with interesting layouts. It doesn't feel very secure when travelling alone with no key lock, or chain lock on the doors (there were 2 connecting doors to my room). Bed was very comfortable, shower was great and had everything I needed in the kitchen. Check in was fine as others said it was difficult but once you follow the instructions it's pretty simple. Rooms a little on the cool side with breezes through the vents but this didn't bother me too much."

Extremely conveniently located next to a train station, I can get you even deeper into the heart of Dublin just a wonderfully place location. Staff was wonderful and called me as soon as I entered my room to make sure my room was good. The breakfast was an incredible surprise, the room they host the breakfast is incredible. Loved my time and will be staying here again....

"If you want a really classy place to stay in Dublin, you can't do better than Pembroke Hall. It is reminiscent of staying in a private home. The location is excellent, close to many good restaurants and bars/pubs (especially Searson's). Rooms are very tastefully appointed and very quiet. Both Hillary and Ian are great hosts."

"Safe and comfortable property and surroundings. A market (Donnybrook Fair) was less than a block away. It was approximately a 25 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green/Dublin City Centre. The only issue I had with this property was the very thin walls (the building is very old) and I was able to hear conversations, washroom business, etc and the people in the next suite were not loud, ie: not shouting at all. "We found the hostel to be clean and comfortable overall. Convenient for getting to the tourist sites. Great value. We had a private room with a queen bed and it was very comfortable although linens were a bit worn. Shared kitchen and bathroom areas were clean. Hot shower was excellent. "There is a lot of good and... not bad, but not so good... with this hotel. When we arrived the cab driver said it was not in the best neighborhood, and it didn't look the best. However, we had no issues in it, other than it was a 10-minute cab ride from almost anything else. There is a 24-hour prior check in with the hotel required, and they will text you with the code to get into the hotel and room. "The hotel is not in the middle of Dublin but that is one of the things I liked about it. It was very quite and the light rail train is right there so it’s only a 10 minute ride to the center of things. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The rooms are small but clean.
