The home required I call them to check in, which was fine, but they then told me nothing on the phone call and sent me the details in an e-mail that said we could park around back and they gave me a parking pin number. When we arrived and went to the lock box, I got in while my husband drove around the block to get to the parking area, but they had not included where it was exactly. As I entered the cleaning person was still there, at the time of check-in. I asked about the back door as I couldn't unlatch it and she couldn't either, so therefore my husband couldn't actually get in with our suitcases.
The workers out there were tiling and stared at us not offering to help. I then called the booking agent and they then said the owner told them the back door was broken. Fine so my husband had to drive back around the block in our rental car, and then we had to do the whole walk down the block with our suitcases, 4 of them, because my children were with us. When we got in, the rooms appeared okay until I went in the master bathroom. Lights weren't working, tile was broken and there was a God awful smell that permeated the entire room.
We then went to plug in our appliances and all the switches in the master bedroom were broken. I called them again with no answer. I left a message and then later got an email saying it was a switch, which it wasn't. The following day the door, you know the one the lady said was "broken" out back, well it was thrown wide open. She lied.
